This role goes beyond traditional digital marketing, focusing on building scalable customer acquisition and revenue engines. You will own the complete growth lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, working directly with founders to create AI-powered growth systems.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Own the complete growth marketing strategy for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- π° Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels.
- π‘ Drive growth through continuous experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven decisions.
- π§ Design and execute customer lifecycle journeys using Email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
- βοΈ Build and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
- π Analyze key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Marketing ROI.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- π οΈ Proven hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, Marketing Automation, and CRM Management.
- π§ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable growth strategies.
- π€ Excellent communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
