🎯 About the Role

This 10-week summer internship provides a deep, holistic understanding of the multifamily investment and operations space. Analysts gain exposure to various teams, including Finance, Asset Management, and Capital Finance, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Must be a rising senior graduating Spring 2028.
• 📚 Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, STEM, or business.
• 💻 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 🗂️ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 📈 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or analytical coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
• ✨ Ability to work in Chicago or Denver full-time for 10 weeks.

💰 Compensation: $38.46 per hour
