Human Resources Intern

Support the Human Resources team in Singapore by assisting with recruitment, employee records, and process improvements.

🎯 About the Role

This role provides administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of HR operations. You will gain exposure to recruitment activities, employee engagement, and contribute to optimizing HR workflows.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⭐ Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• 📄 Support HR documentation and onboarding/offboarding coordination.
• ⚙️ Review and suggest improvements for HR workflows.
• 💻 Assist with simple automation projects using tools like Power Automate.
• 📊 Prepare Group HR reports accurately and timely.
• 🎉 Administer HR projects such as CSR initiatives and wellness programs.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 🗓️ Able to commit to at least six months of internship.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 📊 Familiarity with or interest in learning process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
• 🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• 🤫 Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
