🎯 About the Role
The Publications Manager is a key member of the ACYA National Executive and Communications Team. Responsibilities include publishing activity updates, developing important documents like event handbooks and partnership prospectuses, and supporting event promotion. You will also lead the Publications team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📢 Publish regular ACYA activity updates on LinkedIn and the website.
- 📝 Develop key documents such as event handbooks and partnership prospectuses.
- 📣 Support event delivery through pre- and post-event promotion.
- 👥 Recruit, lead, and develop the Publications team.
- 🎤 Represent ACYA in public forums when required.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⏱️ Time commitment of ~10 hours/week.
- ✍️ Experience in copywriting and document layout.
- 🗣️ Fluency in English (Required).
- 🗣️ Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred).
- 🌏 Experience managing across cultures (Optional but preferred).
