Facilities Manager

A leading enterprise XR company is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee workplace operations, infrastructure, and vendor coordination for their Bangalore office.

🎯 About the Role

This role requires managing end-to-end office operations, ensuring a smooth daily functioning of the workplace, and maintaining a productive environment. You will be responsible for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and employee support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏢 Oversee daily office facility operations and ensure smooth workplace functioning.
• 🧹 Manage housekeeping, pantry, security, and office maintenance.
• 🤝 Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and landlords.
• 🛠️ Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and employee support requests.
• 📦 Maintain office assets, inventory, consumables, and procurement records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 6–8 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Administration.
• 🤝 Strong experience in vendor management and office administration.
• 💬 Good communication and coordination skills.
• 🎯 Ability to independently manage operational responsibilities with attention to detail.
