Finance Manager

Join a leading enterprise XR company as a Finance Manager, where you will own crucial accounting, compliance, and reporting functions for both Indian and US entities.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports for the Indian entity, with secondary support for the US entity. You will be a key individual contributor reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Own monthly book closure and general ledger maintenance.
• 📈 Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• 🧾 Manage end-to-end GST, TDS/TCS, and income tax compliances.
• 🗂️ Coordinate with external consultants for ROC/MCA filings and transfer pricing.
• 🤝 Supervise Finance Executive and identify process improvements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
• 💼 Hands-on experience with Indian GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• 💻 Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books or equivalent ERP.
• 🧮 Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modelling.
• 🏢 Experience with statutory audits from the company side.
