Contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring high-quality candidates.

🎯 About the Role

Actively participate in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills in talent acquisition and client coordination.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source candidates from platforms like BeepHire, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• 📄 Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• 📞 Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess communication and cultural fit.
• 📊 Share analytical feedback and insights on candidate profiles.
• 📈 Maintain hiring trackers and coordinate with the internal team on hiring pipelines.
• ✅ Take ownership of closing roles within set timelines.
• 🤝 Co-ordinate with clients for their hirings.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 BBA or pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR.
• 🗣️ Good command of English communication.
• ✨ Highly presentable, articulate, and confident during interviews.
• 🛠️ Basic familiarity with recruitment tools & hiring platforms.
• 🧐 Knows how to evaluate soft skills, motivations, and overall fitment of candidates.
• 🚀 Willingness to learn quickly and be trained on recruitment techniques.

💰 Stipend: upto 5000/month

⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months
