🎯 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Intern to support our training and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, digital file management, and internal process support within a dynamic team environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗄️ Transfer electronic files from NAS to SharePoint.
• 📊 Review training feedback collected via forms and compile comments for the Training Manager’s review.
• 📄 Scan and upload hard copy training documents to SharePoint.
• 💰 Scan and upload invoices and related documentation to the appropriate digital folders.
• 💻 Update and maintain inventory and equipment lists regularly.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: BSBA Operations Management, BSBA Office Administration, Business Technology, or any other related business or administrative program.
• 💻 Average working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 🔒 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• 🚀 Willingness to learn and take initiative.
