Finance Intern

🎯 About the Role

This part-time internship offers exposure to various accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting. You will work cross-departmentally, reporting to the Associate Director of Internal Control, and assist with crucial projects and audits.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Assist with daily accounting tasks like data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• 📅 Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• 📈 Aid in data preparation for external and internal audits.
• 🧠 Learn and apply accounting principles and standards.
• 🤝 Support other Accounting/Finance team members as needed.
• 📂 Complete other projects as assigned.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Actively enrolled in an Accounting, Business, or Finance Undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or Master's program.
• 💻 Experience with Excel.
• 📊 Experience in accounting or finance preferred.

💰 Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00
