🎯 About the Role

This on-site internship provides comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the logistics and transportation business. You will assist fleet managers and operations personnel, track load status, and support customer service functions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚛 Assist fleet managers and operations personnel.
• 📍 Track location and status of loads.
• 📞 Provide assistance to customers with delivery and pick-up appointments.
• 📚 Perform administrative and clerical duties.
• ℹ️ Provide information to customers, drivers, and dispatchers.
• 📈 Complete continuing training as directed by management.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrolled in a 4-year college or university with a major in Supply Chain Management or other business-related field.
• ⭐ Must be enrolled at least at a junior level.
• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• ⚡ Ability to execute logical decisions quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• ⌨️ Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to accurately type at 45 WPM.

⏳ Duration: Minimum of two consecutive semesters commitment required.
