As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of performance media, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. This role is crucial for contributing directly to the company's growth objectives through data-driven decision-making.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (SEM, Social, Display)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data
- Perform A/B and multivariate testing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends
✅ Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
