Operate in an internal consulting capacity, partnering with the Capital Markets team to advance special projects and technology enhancements.

The role provides exposure to business analysis, project execution, and institutional real estate capital markets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
• ✍️ Document current- and future-state processes and business requirements.
• 💻 Support the evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of technology-enabled tools.
• 📈 Gather, organize, and analyze business and operational data to identify trends.
• 📅 Develop project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively communicate risks.
• 🤝 Collaborate with Capital Markets and other internal teams on special projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, finance, economics, AI/data analytics, math or a related field.
• 📈 Proven record of academic performance.
• 📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 💡 Interest or experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, technology implementation, or project management.
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• ✍️ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• 🎯 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
