🎯 About the Role
This role focuses on customer success within a tech environment, ensuring merchants feel supported and empowered. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them through onboarding, resolving concerns, educating them on platform usage, and designing optimization plans.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Guide new merchants through onboarding.
- 🧑💼 Own operational and utilization for a portfolio of enterprise/strategic merchants.
- ❓ Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns.
- 💡 Educate merchants on leveraging Carousell's products and services.
- 📈 Design custom optimization plans for clients.
- 📊 Track merchant engagement and gather feedback.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 🌟 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
