🎯 About the Role

This hands-on role immerses you in luxury retail and livestream commerce, from product preparation and marketing to sales. You'll gain exposure to content creation for social media and direct customer interaction in a retail setting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Support livestream preparation, including product setup and backstage coordination
• 🙋 Assist the livestream host by managing product flow and customer questions
• 🎥 Create engaging TikTok and short-form content, including sneak peeks and recaps
• 📸 Capture and edit simple short-form videos
• 🛍️ Support in-store retail sales, including attending to customers and maintaining store presentation
• 📈 Update livestream trackers and sales records
• 🚀 Assist with ad hoc sales, content, retail, and operational tasks

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Fashion, Media, or related field
• 💖 Interested in luxury retail, livestreaming, e-commerce, social commerce, and short-form content creation
• 👍 Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting retail sales
• 🎬 Comfortable appearing on livestream when required
• 📹 Basic video editing skills using TikTok, CapCut, Instagram Reels, or similar tools (a plus)
• 📝 Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 📊 Comfortable using basic tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
