🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on analyzing data, supporting pricing and fee strategies, and executing regional go-to-market programs. You will leverage AI tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in recommerce markets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Analyze category, listing, and transaction data to identify growth opportunities.
• 📈 Own weekly and monthly dashboard reviews for recommerce pillars.
• 💰 Support pricing, fee, and rebate work, including forecasting and market research.
• 🚀 Develop and execute regional Go-to-market (GTM) programs.
• 🤖 Leverage AI tools for data synthesis, messaging, and process automation.
• 📧 Execute promotional campaigns across various channels.
• 🚚 Own the delivery partner cost cycle and reconcile invoices.
• 🗂️ Manage promo code operations and coordinate with partners.
• 🗓️ Update and maintain marketing calendars.
• 🤝 Work with cross-functional partners to drive alignment.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
• 🧠 Ability to generate insights and recommendations from large datasets.
• 🔢 Comfortable with numbers and a keen eye for detail.
• 🛠️ Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin fluency preferred.
• 💡 Proficiency in using Generative AI for analysis and brainstorming.
• 🧠 Innovative mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
• 🤹 Multi-tasker with strong project management capabilities.
