🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in the luxury recommerce sector, focusing on product quality, authentication, and client interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and desirability of luxury inventory.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Assist with product descriptions and attribute management
• 🧐 Carry out quality control and verification checks for incoming inventory
• 📚 Maintain the authentication bible with updated materials and photos
• 💰 Send quotations to sellers and assist with pricing suggestions
• 🤝 Conduct negotiations with sellers for inventory acquisition or consignment
• 📅 Schedule appointments with sellers for acquisition and consignment
• 📊 Assist with market research on luxury bag resale values
• 🔄 Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Photoshoot, Marketing, and Sales

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 👜 Solid knowledge of luxury brands, with a strong interest in luxury bags and leather craftsmanship
• 💬 Confident communicator with fluency in English and strong client-facing skills
• 💻 Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Access
• 🔍 Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• 🤝 Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• 🗓️ Available to work 5 days per week (weekends and public holidays inclusive)
