🎯 About the Role
As part of a dedicated AI Pod, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to understand their challenges and develop innovative AI-powered tools, workflows, and agents. This role goes beyond basic support, focusing on complex architectural decisions, performance optimization, and ensuring the security and maintainability of AI solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🗣️ Collaborate with internal teams to understand and refine ambiguous problems.
- 🛠️ Build and iterate on AI-powered skills, workflows, and agents for non-technical users.
- 🚀 Make key architectural decisions regarding deployment, cost, speed, and latency tradeoffs.
- 🐞 Debug and resolve issues in production environments.
- 📊 Ensure the success and measurability of built solutions beyond initial deployment.
- 💡 Identify and share reusable patterns across different team projects.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Strong fundamentals in software engineering and ability to write correct, working code independently.
- 🧠 Strong working knowledge of GenAI primitives (prompting, context engineering, tool/function calling) and experience building with modern AI/LLM tooling.
- 🚀 Proven track record of shipping a real end-to-end project.
- 🤔 Ability to break down ambiguous, unscoped problems and drive them to a solution.
- ⚖️ Basic grasp of cost, latency, and security tradeoffs in system design.
- 🌐 Full-stack literacy across front-end, backend/API, and data layers.
- 🔍 Experience debugging real failures in running systems.
- 🤖 Experience building and deploying agentic workflows or tool-using agents.
- 📦 Bonus: Contributed to or maintained a live system, exposure to multiple languages/stacks, and early product sense.
