SaaS Implementation Intern

Embark on a development journey to become a SaaS implementation specialist, working with clients and managing onboarding projects.

🎯 About the Role

This role is designed for recent graduates eager to learn about SaaS implementation. You will start by supporting standard client onboarding processes, gradually taking ownership of projects with structured coaching and opportunities to interact with clients.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Maintain project plans, actions, owners, deadlines, and risks.
• 🤝 Prepare and follow up on client kickoffs, test meetings, and status updates.
• ✅ Use checklists for basic IP, port, DNS, VPN, firewall, and allowlist checks.
• 📄 Read API documentation, HTTP status codes, and basic JSON/XML; run standard Postman/curl tests.
• 🗂️ Organize logs, request IDs, timestamps, requests/responses, and reproduction steps.
• 🧑‍🏫 Perform basic troubleshooting under guidance and learn escalation procedures.
• 🗣️ Translate technical information into client-friendly communication.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduated or graduating within 3–6 months; CS, information systems, network, data, or fintech studies are beneficial but not required.
• 🧐 Evidence of structured thinking, attention to detail, accountability, and delivery to deadlines.
• 💬 Willingness to communicate with clients, track actions, and handle repetitive implementation work.
• 💻 Exposure to any two of: API, JSON/XML, database/SQL, networking, testing, logs, data analysis, or technical projects.
• 💡 One example of learning an unfamiliar tool or concept and applying it.
• 🗣️ Able to hold basic day-to-day and client conversations in Mandarin; able to read technical English and write basic professional English.
• 🤖 Interest in AI; formal AI project experience is not required.

💰 Allowance: RMB 400–500 per day

⏳ Duration: 3–12 months (growth path provided)
