Provide essential IT support and gain practical experience in a nationally recognized Architecture & Engineering firm.
🎯 About the Role
This internship offers the chance to respond to IT help requests, provide assistance, and configure/install IT equipment. You will gain hands-on experience supporting users and IT systems, working closely with the IT Helpdesk Manager and Director.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ❓ Respond to IT help requests from end users.
- 💡 Provide IT assistance or escalate requests.
- 💻 Configure, install, and upgrade PCs and software.
- 🔧 Provide hands-on support for IT equipment.
- ⚙️ Perform other duties as assigned by IT management.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Actively pursuing a BS or MS in Information Technology or a related field.
- 🗣️ Succinct communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 📊 Experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
- 🖥️ Technical experience in Microsoft Windows Server/Workstation environments.
- 👥 A team player.
- 🚀 Knowledge of Windows OS application installation and Office 365.
