Quality Documentation Intern

Provide technical support focused on Quality, Operational Excellence, and Document Control projects within a medical device company.

🎯 About the Role

This Quality Documentation Intern position involves scanning quality records, processing controlled documents, and learning about QTS's Quality System, FDA, and ISO regulations. You will assist the Quality Department with projects from scope definition through implementation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Scan quality records and verify completeness.
• 📄 Help process controlled documents through the documentation system.
• 📄 Learn about QTS Quality System requirements and FDA/ISO regulations.
• 📄 Learn about document control requirements.
• 📄 Help retrieve support documentation when needed.
• 📄 Work with Device History Records (DHR) and Device Master Records (DMR).

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗂️ Enrolled in a two-year technical program or a four-year degree program.
• 🗂️ Demonstrated software application skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• 🗂️ English language proficiency (reading and writing).
• 🗂️ Experience with general office equipment.
• 🗂️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 🗂️ Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• 🗂️ Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
• 🗂️ Ability to focus and maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
• 🗂️ Good attention to detail.
