This Sterilization Co-Op position offers technical support for sterilization and cleaning processes, environmental monitoring, and validation procedures. You will learn about different sterilization methods and support projects within the Sterilization department.

• 🔬 Provide support for sterilization and cleaning processes.
• 🔬 Assist with the environmental monitoring program.
• 🔬 Learn about sterilization and cleaning experiments.
• 🔬 Support different sterilization methods.
• 🔬 Assist with various sterilization and cleaning projects.
• 🔬 Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🦠 Enrolled in a 4-year degree in a technical field, with an emphasis in Biology or Microbiology or related experience preferred.
• 🦠 Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• 🦠 Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 🦠 Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• 🦠 Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• 🦠 Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 🦠 Technical writing skills.
• 🦠 Strong math skills, including knowledge of statistical methods.
