Business Operations & Administrative Intern

Support daily business operations, manage administrative tasks, and assist with recruitment coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, Zoho setup, data management, and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with founders and internal teams to improve processes and maintain operational efficiency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Support Zoho setup, configuration, and data management.
• 📧 Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and payment processes.
• 🗄️ Maintain and organize records, contracts, and employee/vendor documents.
• 🤝 Assist in recruitment coordination, including candidate tracking and interview scheduling.
• ⬆️ Ensure all data is accurately updated across Zoho, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
• 🚀 Work with founders to improve processes and maintain operational efficiency.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💼 Experience in business operations, admin, HR coordination, or admin support.
• 🧰 Hands-on experience with Zoho tools is preferred.
• 📊 Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, documentation, and data organization.
• 🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.
• 🗂️ Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• 🚀 Comfortable working closely with founders/internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
