We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist Intern to manage HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. This role involves assisting with compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and data analysis, contributing to smooth HR functions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📜 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• ⚖️ Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
• 💻 Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and people skills.
• 💡 Aptitude in problem-solving.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• 🎓 MBA in HR or a relevant field.

💰 Stipend: 10K
