🎯 About the Role

This internship involves key HR functions including maintaining training records, assisting with recruitment administration, managing onboarding, and planning employee engagement initiatives. You will play a vital role in supporting teammates and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📚 Maintain and update training records across platforms.
• 👥 Collaborate with Team Leaders to guide teammates through training paths.
• 📢 Assist in daily recruitment administration and interview coordination.
• 🎉 Help organize and execute recruitment events and university activations.
• ✉️ Assist in executing employer branding campaigns and internal communications.
• 👋 Manage onboarding logistics for new joiners.
• 🛒 Handle procurement administration for HR purchase orders.
• 🧑‍💻 Oversee office administration, including pantry and equipment servicing.
• 🎉 Plan and organize wellness initiatives with external partners.
