Director of Marketing and Communications

This leadership role seeks an experienced marketing and communications professional to spearhead strategic initiatives, drive brand growth, and inspire a high-performing creative team. You will shape the company's external and internal messaging, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

🎯 About the Role

As Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities. This involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing departmental budgets, leading product positioning, and overseeing all creative output from web design to social media.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Empower and lead a cross-functional marketing team.
• 📊 Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts.
• 💰 Manage resource planning, departmental budgets, and allocations.
• 📈 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.
• 📣 Manage PR initiatives, brand communications, media relations, and social media.
• 🎨 Oversee web design and development, and the creation of marketing collateral.
• ✈️ Travel domestically and internationally as required.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing/construction, with managerial experience.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• ✨ Strong creative and artistic vision.
• 💻 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• 🚗 Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
