Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)

Support plant operations for one year through project-based assignments, with potential for a senior executive role post-training.

🎯 About the Role

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will be deployed in one of the company's plants across India for a year, working on two distinct projects. This role provides exposure to day-to-day operations and a pathway to apply for open roles within the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Support day-to-day operations of functions in a plant setup.
• 📊 Work on assigned projects for 6 months each.
• 🤝 Gain exposure to plant operations and functional areas.
• 📈 Prepare for potential roles at a Senior Executive level post-training.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduates (Only 2026 Passouts) in B.Tech/BE Packaging, B.Tech/BE -Mechanical/E&I, or M.com/ MBA- Supply Chain/Operations.
• 💯 Scored 60% and above with no standing arrears/backlogs.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
