Partnerships & Synergy Marketing Intern

Gain exposure to regional marketing campaigns and activations for Disney Cruise Line across Asia, working with external partners and internal Disney businesses.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in external strategic partnerships and internal Disney synergy marketing. You will support the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns, working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📢 Support planning and execution of DCL consumer campaigns and activations.
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams, Disney businesses, and external partners.
• 🗓️ Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and deliverables.
• 📈 Assist with campaign performance analysis and reporting.
• 💡 Contribute ideas for social, digital, and on-ground amplification.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 🌟 Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, and Marvel.
• ✨ Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a passion for retail and marketing.
• 🤝 Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• 🚀 Self-starter that needs minimal supervision.
