🎯 About the Role

This role offers hands-on, high-impact exposure to sales, marketing, ecommerce, AI automation, client management, and core business operations. You will work directly alongside founders with deep growth and AI product experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Drive growth by generating and qualifying leads across global markets.
• 📞 Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
• 💡 Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, conducting market research.
• 🤝 Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• 🎯 Own assigned responsibilities and contribute fresh ideas to business growth.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• 🤝 Confidence in cold calling, client interactions, and negotiations.
• 🛒 Solid understanding of Ecommerce, Shopify, and Meta Ads.
• 🤖 Familiarity with modern AI tools or a strong willingness to learn.
• 💯 An Ownership Mindset: takes initiative, solves problems, focuses on impact.
