🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🌏 Source exceptional Video Editors across Asia.
- 🎬 Identify specialists in performance marketing, YouTube, social media edits, and motion graphics.
- 🔗 Proactively reach out via LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, YouTube, and creative communities.
- 👀 Review portfolios and assess creative quality.
- 📞 Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate skill + culture fit.
- 🗄️ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✨ Strong creative judgment to identify great editing.
- 💬 Confidence in communication and outreach.
- 🚀 High ownership and proactive mindset.
- 🗂️ Organized and comfortable managing multiple roles.
