This role is focused on building a brand, not just posting on social media. You will work closely with founders and the marketing team to build social presence, create growth campaigns, and improve the customer journey.

• 📱 Managing and growing social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• 🎥 Planning and creating engaging content with the creative team.
• 📈 Analysing content performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• 🚀 Building growth loops that drive organic reach and customer acquisition.
• 💬 Creating post-purchase journeys across various touchpoints.
• 🛍️ Working on retention campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
• 🤖 Using AI tools for content ideation, marketing, and research.
• 📊 Supporting campaign planning, product launches, and marketing experiments.
