Gain practical experience in a state-of-the-art, NABL-accredited laboratory focused on food, water, hygiene, and environmental testing. You will work with a company renowned for its expertise in FSSAI compliance and food safety management.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π¬ Conduct sensory evaluation of food samples and shelf-life studies.
- β Perform quality checks and verify test results for accuracy.
- βοΈ Follow FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations.
- π Maintain laboratory records and prepare test reports.
- βοΈ Support day-to-day laboratory operations adhering to safety procedures.
β Requirements & Skills
- π§ͺ Basic understanding of laboratory protocols.
- π₯οΈ Proficient in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
- π©βπ¬ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- π Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- π Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
