Support a leading insurance company in strengthening its Enterprise Risk Management framework and promoting a risk-aware culture across the organization.
π― About the Role
This role involves supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related policies, monitoring risk exposure, and partnering with stakeholders to identify and assess risks. You will contribute to managing current and emerging risks and help create a risk awareness culture.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π‘οΈ Support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and respective risk policies.
- π Monitor insurance and financial risk exposure against risk appetite.
- π€ Partner with key business stakeholders in identifying and assessing risks and controls.
- π Contribute to cross-functional teams to investigate and manage current and emerging risks.
- π Track actual asset allocation and tactical asset allocation.
- π’ Create and promote risk awareness culture across the organization.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing actuarial science/mathematics or any other related course.
- π» Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
- π Candidates with relevant experience in Prophet or valuation, SAS, R, or any data modelling software will have an advantage.
- π Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- π§ Strong analytical skills.
