This internship focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and securing potential shophouse properties. You will work closely with the acquisitions and development team to identify strategic opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitate the acquisition process, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏡 Identify and source potential shophouse properties through market research and networking.
• 📊 Assess potential properties considering location, price, condition, and market trends.
• 🔍 Conduct preliminary due diligence on prospective properties.
• 🤝 Support negotiations with property owners and agents.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of sourcing and acquisition activities.
• 📈 Support day-to-day operational requirements and special projects.
