🎯 About the Role

This role is for an ambitious generalist eager to learn how a consumer startup scales. You will work directly with founders and the operations manager to build brand presence, connect with partners, and grow the community in Bangalore.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Drive Strategic Partnerships & Merchant Onboarding with pet service providers.
• 📢 Lead Local Community & Growth Activations across key neighborhoods.
• 📱 Manage End-to-End Social Media & Content creation for various channels.
• 📊 Deploy Physical Brand Presence at partner venues and events.
• 🚀 Support Core Startup Operations, including market research and GTM execution.

• 💡 An Adaptable Problem Solver with a positive attitude.
• 💖 Passionate About Community & Pets.
• 🎓 Degree in BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, BCom, BMM, or related field.
• 🗣️ Strong spoken and written English, with conversational Kannada or Hindi.
• 💻 Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and social media.
