• 💡 Brainstorm marketing ideas and conceptualize content.
• 📝 Script and structure short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
• 🗣️ Pitch ideas internally and see successful ones implemented.
• 🚀 Support campaign execution across social and performance channels.
• 📊 Track performance metrics to understand campaign effectiveness.
• 🎬 Create basic video edits and simple visual assets.
• 🤖 Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and thinking.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ MBTI Types Preferred: ENTJ, ESTJ, ESFJ, INTJ, ENFP.
• 📚 Understand basic marketing concepts (funnels, hooks, content formats).
• 🎬 Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• 🎨 Proficiency with Canva.
• 💻 Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• 🧠 Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content or productivity.
• 🗣️ Ability to articulate opinions on good content.
