This senior role focuses on developing and optimizing a corporate website on WordPress VIP, alongside building high-converting landing pages on HubSpot CMS.
🎯 About the Role
As the technical backbone of the web presence, you will own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of the corporate website on WordPress VIP. The role also involves building and managing high-converting landing pages on HubSpot CMS to support various paid campaigns.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🌐 Own end-to-end development and maintenance of the corporate website on WordPress VIP
- 🏗️ Architect and build custom Gutenberg blocks, themes, and plugins
- 🔒 Ensure security, uptime, performance, and compliance with VIP best practices
- 📊 Optimize Core Web Vitals, implement technical SEO, and configure analytics
- ⚙️ Manage VIP CLI deployments, Git-based workflows, and code reviews
- 🤝 Partner with Design, Campaign, MarTech, and SEO teams for seamless collaboration
- 💡 Provide architectural guidance and drive process improvements
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 10+ years of web development experience with a strong focus on WordPress
- 👑 5+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress VIP Go platform
- 🐘 Expert-level proficiency in PHP 8.x and modern WordPress architecture
- ⚛️ Deep experience with Gutenberg block development (React-based)
- HubSpot CMS: 2+ years of experience, including HubL and custom modules
- 🛠️ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- Git: Proficiency with GitHub/Bitbucket and CI/CD workflows
- 📈 Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals optimization and technical SEO
- ♿ Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- 🤝 Proven ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives
