🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on operationalizing industrialization initiatives across the aeroderivative portfolio, supporting project acceleration through schedule development, governance, and cross-functional coordination. You will gain exposure to how technical and supply chain challenges translate into business results.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📅 Support execution of industrialization projects by maintaining schedules and action trackers.
- ⚙️ Develop and improve standard work and governance processes.
- 📊 Assist in building and maintaining integrated project schedules.
- 📈 Analyze project data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- 🤝 Partner with various teams to coordinate project activities.
- 📝 Prepare status updates, dashboards, and project summaries.
- 💡 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 💻 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- 🧮 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 🗂️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- 🗣️ Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 🌟 Passion for project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement (Desired).
- 🛠️ Experience with Lean principles or process mapping (Desired).
