• 📅 Plan and schedule maintenance activities based on various factors to maximize efficiency.
• 📈 Utilize data-driven strategies for predictive maintenance to address technical issues proactively.
• 📝 Maintain accurate records, track site tasks, and standardize work processes.
• 🤝 Partner with contractors to ensure appropriate skills and staffing levels are maintained.
• ✅ Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• 📊 Regularly update senior management on key performance indicators and operational efficiency.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 🧑‍💻 Proven ability to facilitate virtual meetings and manage action items.
• 📊 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 📋 Ability to organize tasks, manage project documentation, and maintain accurate records.
