🎯 About the Role

As an intern on the Product Lifecycle Program Management team, you will actively identify and eliminate process inefficiencies within the Product Management organization. You will apply Lean methodologies to standardize internal workflows, ensuring faster and more consistent product delivery. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact on business operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Partner with Lifecycle Program Managers to identify operational bottlenecks and develop Lean solutions.
• 📝 Formalize "Standard Work" and process documentation for consistency.
• 🤝 Optimize cross-functional communication by creating standardized workflows.
• 📊 Analyze lifecycle program data to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Currently enrolled in an undergrad or graduate degree program.
• 🎓 Completed at least two full years of college.
• 💻 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• 🚗 Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• 🏢 Must be willing to work out of the Longmont, CO facility.
• 🌟 Passion for Lean methodologies and process improvement.
• 📈 Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 💬 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

💰 Compensation: $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly

⏳ Duration: Expected to remain open until November 13, 2026.
