🎯 About the Role
Join the microencapsulation team to assist in research and development projects focusing on fragrance encapsulation technologies. You will support the team in developing innovative delivery systems for fabric care applications, gaining hands-on experience in formulation, experimentation, and analysis.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🧪 Assist in the formulation, preparation, and characterization of fragrance microcapsules.
- 🔬 Conduct laboratory experiments including emulsification and encapsulation trials.
- 📈 Perform stability and release studies to evaluate encapsulation performance.
- 🔍 Support analytical testing using techniques such as pH and particle size analysis.
- 📝 Participate in data recording, analysis, and technical documentation.
- 🧽 Maintain good laboratory housekeeping and adhere to safety standards.
- ♻️ Collaborate in exploring sustainable and novel encapsulation materials.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- 💡 Interest in polymer, chemistry, formulation science, or material science.
- 🖐️ Basic laboratory skills and good attention to detail.
- 🤝 Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative.
