As an Intern, you will gain practical experience in client portfolio management, business operations, and data analysis within the Account Management team. You will work to resolve client challenges and ensure smooth daily engagement with key partners.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Support account managers by managing daily client communications and responding to queries.
- ποΈ Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized account documentation.
- π Track key account performance metrics and prepare reports.
- π Collaborate with teams to investigate partner issues and recommend solutions.
- π Synthesize data into clear insights for internal and external reviews.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Undergraduate in Business or other relevant courses.
- π Comfortable in a startup VUCA environment.
- π€Ή Experienced in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- π» Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
- π« Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- π§ Comfortable with analyzing quantitative/qualitative data.
