🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a practical, on-site experience in managing the supply chain for exotic fresh produce. You will be involved in sourcing, operations, quality control, and coordination across different teams, directly contributing to the company's mission.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🥕 Source exotic vegetables, negotiate pricing, and onboard new farmers/vendors.
• 🚚 Manage daily inbound/outbound activities and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• 📊 Visit wholesale markets to track pricing trends and supplier availability.
• ⭐ Supervise sorting, grading, and packing to maintain high freshness standards.
• 🔄 Liaise between procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve operational challenges.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture, or MBA.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 🚶 Comfortable with fieldwork and market visits.
• 📊 Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
