🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Support the annual leadership conference by managing registration, travel, and sponsor materials.
• 🚀 Design and execute an original organic social media campaign from conception to results.
• 🏢 Assist with marketing tasks for property acquisitions and dispositions.
• 📸 Participate in community visits for content capture and best practice documentation.
• 📈 Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends, and draft review responses.
• 📄 Aid in new business proposals, internal communications, and maintaining the brand asset library.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program, entering junior or senior standing.
• 📈 Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• 🗓️ 10-week commitment from June through August.
• 🤝 One year of customer service work experience.
• 💡 Interest in marketing, communications, social media, or brand management.
• 💻 Computer proficiency and excellent written communication skills.
• 🎯 Dependability, good judgment, and organizational skills.
