🎯 About the Role
This internship offers practical experience in Versant proctoring, interview processing, and candidate coordination. You will be involved in counselling candidates and parents, managing databases, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Versant proctoring and interview processing.
- 🤝 Scholar connect and assessment process management.
- 📞 Calling candidates from the database and counselling them.
- 🗂️ Updating the database on various parameters.
- 🗓️ Scheduling assessments and interviews.
- 📄 Co-ordination with candidates on document submission for offer release.
- 🎤 Conducting counselling sessions/webinars and assessments.
- 📊 Submission of reports of called candidates on time.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Minimum Qualification - Graduation completed (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, etc.).
- 👩💼 Excellent People skills and Communication skills.
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office.
- 💪 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 🗣️ Good in spoken & written English.
- ✅ No backlog in Engineering course.
⏳ Duration: 6 months to 9 months maximum.
