π― About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to diverse HR operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support daily HR activities, assist in employee engagement programs, and contribute to the development of talent initiatives.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Assist the HR team with various HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- βοΈ Follow up on pre-employment documentation to ensure timely completion.
- π¦ Coordinate with Admin to prepare for new hires and ensure arrangements are in place.
- ποΈ Organize and upload new hire documents accurately to the HR shared drive.
- π» Support new employees with Oracle Journeys and conduct follow-up check-ins.
- π Help plan and organize HR-led events, including capturing photos and drafting write-ups.
- π Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and gather participant feedback.
- π Assist in the coordination and development of the internship program.
- π‘ Contribute to ongoing HR projects and gain hands-on experience.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- π Positive attitude, growth mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
- π£οΈ Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- β Proficient in English and Mandarin, with good written communication skills.
- π» Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- π¨ Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
- π§ Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- π A self-driven team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
