This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content with a strong focus on pacing, audio timing, and meme culture. You'll work directly with the founding team on creative direction.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎬 Concept, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels.
- ✈️ Travel to shoot locations as required.
- ⏱️ Understand pacing, transitions, audio timing, and meme culture.
- 🚀 Stay ahead of trending audios, formats, and hooks.
- 📅 Build a consistent content calendar for Instagram.
- ✍️ Write captions and scripts with a unique brand personality.
- 🧪 Experiment with formats and hooks.
- 🤖 Use AI tools to speed up workflow.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 👀 Spot and build scroll-stopping content.
- 💡 Understand why reels go viral.
- 🏆 Portfolio of short-form content.
- 💻 Fluent in CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar editing tools.
- 🚀 Understand hook → value → CTA.
- 🧠 Think in formats (carousels, talking heads, etc.).
- 🤖 Already using AI tools for content creation.
