Accountant / Management Accountant

Support audit, tax, and advisory teams in a dynamic outsourcing environment, gaining hands-on experience in core accounting functions.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves assisting with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and data entry using Tally Prime. You will support audits, tax filings, and the preparation of financial statements, contributing to the company's financial operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist with statutory, internal, and tax audits, including ledger scrutiny.
• 🧾 Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• ✍️ Perform daily data entries, bank reconciliations, and maintain financial records in Tally.
• 📈 Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and MIS reports.
• 🤝 Support senior accountants in advisory services and client management.
• 📄 Handle documentation, invoice processing, and company incorporation/ROC work.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing CA Intermediate or equivalent (B.Com, BBA).
• 💻 Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).
• 📈 Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), taxation, and auditing standards.
• 🔍 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 🤝 High level of integrity and professional communication skills.
