This internship offers practical exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management. The role is designed to provide comprehensive learning in a professional corporate environment, with potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• 🤝 Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• 📥 Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• 🗂️ Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• 📑 Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 📅 Good organizational and time management abilities.
• 🗂️ Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• 🤐 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
