• 🌍 Research companies, industries, and talent pools for live search assignments.
• 🔍 Use LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
• 📋 Build candidate profiles and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
• 📧 Draft personalized outreach messages and support candidate follow-ups.
• 🗣️ Conduct first-round screening calls with candidates to understand their experience and interests.
• 🤝 Work closely with consultants to shortlist candidates and develop search strategies.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 🇨🇳 Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communicating with regional stakeholders.
