- 💡 Identify reasons for churn and barriers to Pro subscription.
- 💬 Gather feedback on platform experience.
- 📊 Perform competitive benchmarking from user insights.
- 📊 Share structured weekly insights and recommendations.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 MBA (pursuing/recent graduate) with a specialization in Marketing/Strategy/Business Analytics.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and analytical skills.
- 🎵 Interest in consumer tech, music, or digital platforms.
